Where nature
becomes your legacy.
Own a managed African Mahogany plantation folded into the forested foothills of Uttarakhand — where every tree, orchard, and quiet morning compounds into wealth your family keeps for generations.
Not a plot.
A philosophy.
Anantara begins with a simple belief — land should give back more than it takes. Every parcel here carries a living plantation of African Mahogany, a curated organic orchard, and space for an architecturally considered eco-cottage tucked into the tree line.
It is farmland, forest, and family retreat folded into a single quiet asset — one that keeps compounding long after you've stopped thinking about it, and keeps giving your family a reason to disappear into the hills every other weekend.
African Mahogany: a hardwood the world keeps asking for.
Every sapling planted today matures into a material that only becomes scarcer — and more valuable — with time.
A fast-growing hardwood that reaches full stature well within a single generation.
The point at which your plantation begins converting into high-value, harvestable timber.
Mahogany is prized globally for furniture, marine interiors, and fine instruments.

No. Every figure on this site — including the ₹5,500/cu.ft rate and the projected Year 10 values — is an illustrative estimate based on industry benchmarks for managed hardwood plantations. Yes — site visits are actively encouraged. Share your details through the enquiry form below and our team will arrange a convenient date to walk the plantation with you.
African Mahogany is a managed plantation crop — trees are professionally maintained and, from Year 10 onward, become eligible for harvest and sale as high-value timber, alongside the underlying appreciation of the land itself.
Each plot tier includes an eco-cottage footprint sized to that plot — from a 100 sq. yd. home on the smallest plot up to a 500 sq. yd. residence on the Legacy Estate — architecturally designed to sit quietly within the plantation.
10% on booking, 40% within 60 days, 40% on possession, and the final 10% at the time of registry — details are outlined in the Payment Plan section above.
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
Tell us which plot interests you and our team will reach out to arrange a call or a site visit — no pressure, just answers.
